Use the new Scottish-style "lantern" distiller introduced by the winery in 2014, and cherish it every bit; specially choose to mature in red wine barrels before entering, and then age in bourbon barrels to retain the light aroma of mixed fruits. The fragrance is fresh, the taste is thin and sweet, sometimes revealing a bit of bitterness, witty and tactful, like a humorous harlequin, and the wind and clouds are scattered between talking and laughing.
