As amazing coincidences, the founder of 11ROADS met the legendary winemaker Peter, who had worked for Benfold Winery for over 30 years and created the world-famous BIN389 and BIN407 wines, and the female winemaker from Chateau Montalvo in Spain, both of whom were deeply impressed by the idea of 11ROADS: expressing the core of western wine culture through oriental aesthetics.
